To make your pickup experience as quick and painless as possible, we’ve got a few things for you to keep in mind.
If you haven't already, please get in touch to confirm a pickup date and time before you leave home. If you plan to pay via card or bank transfer at pickup, please make sure to contact your bank and confirm your transaction limits ahead of time!
Our address is C4, 27 Smales Road, East Tamaki, Auckland. We recommend checking Google Maps first as you can't see us from the road.
Please reverse park in front of the roller door (to the left of our main door) if it's available - if not, park where you can and come let us know, we will make space for you to drive inside.
You'll need to bring a suitable vehicle or a trailer to fit your solar gear. Check the dimensions of your kit too, but these are the large and heavy items to prepare for:
- Panels are 1.75m x 1.1m + packaging
- Batteries 50x24x22cm + packaging, and 60kg each
- Mounting rails: 2m
- 2 or 3 boxes - inverter+charge controller or hybrid, and accessories box
Make sure you bring suitable straps and tie downs to keep your gear secure during travel, to prevent anything falling on the panels and breaking the glass.
We may be able to assist with loading your kit onto your vehicle, but we recommend bringing someone to help you if possible.
